Why Visiblee

Low-cost GEO analytics

Built to be low-cost: you pay for visibility that informs decisions, not seats, regions, and enterprise tiers you'll never use.

AI-visibility tools got expensive for a fairly boring reason: most of the price was never the tracking itself, it was the person behind it — an analyst or an agency reading the dashboard and turning a score into a fix. Visiblee is priced lower because more of that work now happens inside the product, not because we stripped anything out to get there.

Why most GEO tools cost so much

Open the pricing page of a typical GEO platform and a lot of the cost sits above the software itself: a per-seat charge, an onboarding call, and — once you’re in — an analyst or a services retainer to actually interpret what the dashboard is telling you and turn it into something you ship. The tracking is close to a commodity at this point; the expensive part has always been the human layer on top of it.

That’s a genuine cost, not padding. Platforms built around account managers and analyst teams carry real headcount to keep those people on staff, and it shows up honestly in the invoice. It’s a reasonable way to build a product — it’s just not the only way.

What AI does instead of an analyst

Visiblee replaces a meaningful chunk of that labor with the product itself. The GEO Suggestions engine reads your site, your competitors, and where AI models are actually citing sources, and turns that into specific, evidence-backed fixes across three tracks: site issues like structured data, FAQ content, crawler access, and llms.txt; roundup articles and communities AI cites where your brand is absent; and topics your competitors get recommended for that you don’t. Each suggestion resolves itself once the underlying fix actually lands — no one has to go back and mark it done.

When the fix is “write something,” an AI content agent takes it from there: gathering evidence, analyzing competitors, building a brief, drafting, auditing, and polishing a citation-grounded article that’s ready to publish. That’s the six-step process a content strategist would otherwise run by hand, one article at a time.

Priced for what the product does, not what it skips

The low price isn’t a shorter feature list. It’s that the diagnosis-to-fix work an analyst used to bill hours for now runs inside the product, at the cost of an AI job instead of a day rate.

How we keep the price honest

That doesn’t mean the underlying costs vanish — we just keep them modest instead of passing them on. We make careful engine choices under the hood: for each check we use the lowest-cost capable model rather than the priciest flagship available, and we don’t add a per-seat markup on top, so a five-person team costs the same as one person logged in. What’s left is a flat, transparent price you can see in full before you sign up — nothing that matters is gated behind a demo call. Every self-serve tier, including the top one, starts with a free trial, not a sales conversation. If you genuinely need something custom — bigger limits, a different rollout — that’s a real option too, but it’s there for people who ask for it, not a wall in front of the features you actually need day to day.

What you don’t give up

A low price doesn’t mean a thin product anymore. You get continuous tracking across real engines with live web search, competitor benchmarking, Query Fan-Out into the sub-queries an AI model actually runs and who wins each one, the GEO Suggestions engine, the AI content agent, a Reddit lead-gen pipeline, and full API access from the entry tier. What’s cheap here is the price — not the surface area.

The honest trade-off

We’re self-serve, not sales-led: there’s no dedicated account manager and no custom onboarding call — you put in your domain and you’re tracking within a minute, the same as everyone else who signs up. If your team specifically needs a named person managing the account by hand, that’s a real gap today, and we’d rather you know it going in than find out later.

For everyone else, the trade works heavily in your favor: the work that used to need a person on retainer now happens inside the price you’re already paying, and you can see exactly what that price is on the pricing page — no call required to find out.
